What you receive
We create our own artistic interpretation of your drawing and description using AI. Appearance, proportions, colours and events may differ from the source. Examples illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee an identical result. The price includes one finished video of the selected length. Alternative versions and requested creative revisions are not included.
Price and payment
Packages: 10 seconds €29, 15 seconds €49 and 30 seconds €79. The final price including applicable taxes will be displayed before payment. This site is currently a preview: no payments are collected and no paid order is placed.
Delivery
We work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Estonian time. Requests outside these hours are handled on the next working day. The binding delivery deadline, file format, resolution and download availability will be confirmed before paid orders open and shown before payment. Finished films will be delivered via a private email link.
Drawing and usage rights
Customers must be adults with permission to provide the drawing and description for processing, including by necessary AI providers. Rights in the drawing do not transfer to Multad. The finished film licence will be specified before sales open. We do not publish drawings or videos in our gallery or advertising without separate voluntary permission.
Creative results and defects
Personal taste or different creative expectations alone do not entitle you to a free alternative or refund where the film conforms to the contract. This does not limit statutory rights concerning defective or undelivered content.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal information and any loss of that right when digital content is supplied or services are fully performed will be finalised before paid orders open. Any necessary prior consent and acknowledgement will be separate from general acceptance of these terms. No payments are accepted until the relevant ordering and withdrawal process is ready.
Complaints
Please send complaints to virgohaan@gmail.com. We respond to written complaints within 15 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a court. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
